Traditional pasta sauce with a kick! This spicy sauce is said to originate from “Amatrice”, a small city in the Lazio region in central Italy, with the Romans tweaking the recipe to give us Matriciana. 

Ingredients

Italian Tomato, Vegan Ham (11%)(water, soy protein, salt, sunflower oil, natural flavours, canola oil, fermented red rice), Water, Vegan Bacon Flavour, Onion, Olive Oil, Chili Flakes (0.9%), Salt, Basil, Garlic, Oregano, Black Pepper.

Cooking Instructions

Stove top:
Remove film and pour contents into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally until simmering. Stir and Serve

Microwave: With a fork, pierce the film in 4-5 places. Place in the microwave and heat on high for 4 minutes or until at desired temperature. Carefully take out of the microwave and remove film. Stir and Serve
