All nutritional and allergen information can be found on the back of our packs as well as in our website under each product.
Is the packaging recyclable?
All packaging is recyclable except for the peel off seal on our soups and sauces.

Storage
Can you freeze any of the products?
Yes. All products can be frozen before the use by date and can be frozen up to 6 months from the use by date. Product must be consumed once defrosted.
How long do the meals last for?
Once opened consume within 2-3 days

Heating instructions can be found on our website under each product as well as on the packaging.
Are the meals fully cooked?
Yes, all our meals are pre cooked and ready to eat once heated. Please follow recommended heating instructions on our packs or website.

Is there a delivery fee?
For all orders over $75 delivery within Melbourne metro is free. All orders outside of Melbourne metro and under $75 incur a $10 delivery fee.
Click and collect from our factory at 83 South Street, Hadfield, is also available.
